Oh, the seasons...
I like fall. And recently, it has been feeling like fall. The air is a bit cooler and crisper, the leaves are beginning to look a bit more colorful (and some are already on the ground), and I can't get the thought of apple cider out of my mind. I love all the seasons for their wonderfulness and uniqueness, but right now I'm just really appreciating autumn. Summer was a bit (or a lot) of a letdown. It didn't contain the usual summer things like relaxing and swimming and barbecuing. And so on one hand, I'm sad to see it go because I didn't yet accomplish my summer goals. And on the other hand, I'm ready to move on in the hopes that fall will bring something better. Well shall see.
In other news, I got married a couple weeks ago. It was nice and small and short. A reception will be held later, and our honeymoon trip will take place once we get enough money to go somewhere good (meaning not in MI, IN, or OH).
It's raining. I have to go to work soon. ...bis spaeter.

I like how you just mention that you got married like it's just an afterthought, not a big deal or anything. I didn't get to do as much summer stuff as usual either. We barbecued a couple of times and went swimming once or twice but that was it. Also swimming in ohio lakes just doesn't cut it. I was remembering the one year we were able to go swimming in April and October. Good times.
