Wander Through
Monday was enjoyable. The car ride was especially interesting with Ben on the floor. And we all know everyone enjoyed when BethAnne fell backwards in her chair.
I beat the first mission thing on Medal of Honor. Yes, I was quite proud of myself. And even cooler... I definitely killed Ben three times and thus won the head to head Medal of Honor round. Then yesterday I beat the second mission in Medal of Honor. Also, I beat the last halfpipe event on a different game, but that wasn't such a big accomplishment. Today I didn't have such luck with Medal of Honor... I died twice in the same mission and then got frustrated and gave up. It was those stupid dogs that kept biting me and attacking me, keeping my focus off the Nazis who were shooting me.
We played some hot XBox yesterday. I believe it was Medal of Honor. Ben, Ryan, Spinelli, and I went against the Japanese. Spinelli was a computer player and he definitely ran around in his underwear. One time I actually killed more times than I was killed. We then watched Return of the King and ate popcorn and brownies.
Then today I sat down to watch The Two Towers cast commentary with distinct suspicions that I had already watched it once. I had vivid memories of me taking my computer up to my room and watching before I went to bed along with other bits and pieces that seemed to be the commentary. Right away when I started it this afternnon, I knew conclusively that I had indeed watched it previously, but being already 5 seconds into it I was committed and had to stick it out for the entire 3.5 hours. Nevertheless, it was entertaining. Some parts were a bit dry, but others were quite interesting.
BethAnne left today. :( That's sad, but perhaps it will inspire her to blog more often. I can't wait to hear how it's going for her. I talked to Vanessa this evening... it's nice to have friends. It seems like Vanessa and I will stay friends for a long time despite distance and not a whole lot of contact. Even though we don't talk frequently, when we do talk it's like nothing has changed.
It's late now. Despite what the blog says was the time I posted this, it was actually around 1 a.m. on the 25th, but I didn't want the post to show up as if I posted it tomorrow... or today. It still feels like the 24th and that's how I want it to show up.
