Cream Cheese!

Memorial Day was hot. Not as hot as Memorial Day 2006 but still hot enough. MemDay '06 was beastly. I was in a house in Ann Arbor and there was no air conditioning. All of the buildings were closed. Everything was dead. And it was hot. I ended up going with my housemate, Amy, to Angell Hall and sitting in there for a while. This Memorial Day wasn't as hot, but I managed to make it hot for myself. In the afternoon, I went to the Arb to walk around/explore. I was there for about 90 minutes and I ended up getting nice and dehydrated. So by the time I got back to my apartment, which was about 10 degrees hotter than outside, I was a bit warm. And then the stupid apartment kept me warm even when I had my fan blowing on me. But I think part of the warmness could have been the sun's effect on my face.

My cream cheese in my fridge froze. The only things in the refrigerator that seem to freeze are the things that aren't in the freezer.

On the annoying side, the toilet is running. And now I have to go stop it, just like I've been doing all year, even though I wasn't the one that caused it to start running. Wasteful and ridiculous, if you ask me.

And now I'm going to go for a short walk... to the bookstore.
