I find comfort in burying my face in my elbow.

Campus Band was hot Wednesday night. Us 3rd row flutes got to move up to the 2nd row, and I must say that I like it much more in the 2nd row. Bersaglia wasn't wearing shoes... I wonder if that's a usual thing. At the end, he gave us some advice about our 'mental well-being'. It was very thoughtful of him. The girl next to me commented, "You know, usually at the end of rehearsal I don't like him very much, but today I think I do." It's true. He even said himself that it was a good rehearsal.

So also on Wednesday I got my participation grade for German thus far. Heh, you don't want to know. Yes, it is that bad. Keep in mind, this is worth 25% of my final grade. Twenty freaking five percent. Guess what I got. I'll give you a hint: it wasn't an F (or an E, which is the same thing). Yeah, it wasn't an F but it was damn close. Did you guess yet? It was a D-. I'm not upset about it because I know that I deserve it and I was not at all surprised when I saw it. I don't especially like it, but I don't especially care either... though I don't want it to continue to be a D-. We'll see what happens.

Yesterday was the whole housing fiasco. I don't want to go into it because I'm so entirely pissed off about it. GRR! They're such idiots. Anyway...

Last night I went the the UM vs. OSU basketball game. It was enjoyable even though the outcome wasn't the best ever. There was a big old smelly guy next to me and the guy behind me was stupid too. But I had a fun time with Jaye P.

I did laundry tonight. Yes, my life is exciting.

I do love German, I just don't want to talk in class. "It is better to be silent and thought a fool than to speak and remove all doubt."

Maybe you could perform some German instrumental music for some Extra Credit?
