Yee Haw

I am psyched... or psycho...!!!! I got 19/20 on my first calc homework and 20/20 on my second calc homework!!! Ich bin glücklich. We had the second quiz today too and it wasn't hard, but, once again, I don't know how I did on it. Like the last quiz, one of the questions was exactly like one of the problems in the chapter review. Really, I've had two chapter tests in calc so far but they were only quizzes.

I've very behind in the Odyssey, but being behind in this book is not the same as being behind in the Iliad. I actually enjoy this book.

Tonight, I think I will be going to a barn dance. It's a Cru thing. There'll be sqare dancing and two-steppin'... yee-haw.

A day or two ago there was a cop casually riding the elevator up and down. It was weird.

My roommate's grandma was in here around 4pm. She was one of those cute old ladies... Vanessa knows what I'm talking about. But she was like, "which one is from Au Gres?" and Steph pointed to me and the grandma said that they have relatives in Au Gres... Hills, their cousins. Small world.

I went to the store in my dorm to buy a Sobe but they didn't have the good kind. It was disappointing. I almost bought a Snapple drink thing (I think that is what it was) but there were a lot of people in line so I didn't. Then I went back down and bought it. It tasted like apple juice but it was a milky pink color.

It's weird how old we're all getting. Lil' Ben and Isaiah are sophomores. Ross and Ryan are juniors... upperclassmen. Alecia, BethAnne, Hannah, and Ronnie are seniors... wow, they're old. Ronnie especially. ;) They will be graduating this year. Wow, that's incredible. Then there's me who graduated last year and is now a freshman in college... I practically have a foot in the grave. Leslie is in her second year of college. I can't wait until I can go to y'all's graduations. I'll be all sentimental and get you nice little cards and graduation presents.

Ok, so it's midnight and a half... a few hours after I wrote the stuff above. I just got back from the barn dance. It was fun. I would've liked to dance more. I like country dancing better than the dumb stuff people do at high school dances. The barn dance made me not hate country music anymore.
