The water smells like lake-water.

Today I ate lunch with this guy named Bob. He just came and sat across from me like sometimes people do. Anyway, he informed me about the campus band, which is open to all students and not very competitive... good for me. Practices are on Wednesdays from 7:30-9:30, there is one performance per semester, and it is one credit. I might check it out either this semester or next. It's a concert band and the practices are not on north campus which is also good for me.

Music theory is insanely interesting. My Monday music theory class is on the 7th floor of the bell tower. Calc is easy and yet not. I might have to email a certain HS calc teacher for some help on the homework.

I waited in line for 1.5 hours to get one of my "books" for German. It's not actually a book, it's a coursepack, and I had to copy it myself.

I went home this past weekend. That was nice. I saw my friends but not Ross sadly.
