Delicious

Well, my biggest accomplishment recently was cleaning out my Gmail inbox. Woohoo.

Yesterday felt like a summer day. It was sunny and warm but breezy. But then it rained (and the rain almost ruined my basil). Now today feels like fall. It's cool, moist, and cloudy with a nice breeze. It makes me want to drink cider and pick apples (not that I've ever picked apples in the fall...).

Nidhal and I want to open a restaurant. We have ideas, but are there any suggestions? Not that we have the money to do it right now, but someday we will. And until then, I'm going to be perfecting recipes.

My dear computer is still not working. It looks grim. And it costs a ton just to get the stuff off of the hard drive. Does anyone know of someone who can get my files off of my laptop hard drive? Did I ask that already? Meh.

Potter?

June... time flies. I'm in the process of reading Harry Potter in English for the third or fourth time. I started on Thursday or Friday, and today I'm going to break open book 5. For whatever reason, I'm enjoying it less this time than I did in times past. But it is still very enjoyable. This reminds me that I need to order the 6th book from the library. I own it, but I don't know where it is at the moment. aadl.org. Looking through the catalog, I am impressed by how many foreign language Harry Potters they have. They even have book 7 in German! I don't even have book 7 in German! But I do have book 7 in English, and it's the British version. I need to find all my German copies, too... And holy miracle whip, they have 49 copies of HPB?!?! Am I reading that right? Anyway, I want to read them through again before I go to see the last movie.

It's nice and breezy here today... not hot, but very comfortable.
